What should I do if my product is damaged?
When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to open the package but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) are damaged upon arrival, please send photos to support@homesteadingshop.com, and we will promptly process a replacement or refund, typically within 1 business day.
