Refund & Returns Policy
Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@homesteadingshop.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
Yes, a 25% restocking fee applies to returns.
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the return shipping cost for defective products. For any other reasons for return, including buyer’s remorse, you will need to pay the actual return shipping costs.
How to Return Products
We only accept returns via mail.
Return Label
For returns of damaged or defective items, please contact us to receive a return label via email. Simply download and print the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds are reflected. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@homesteadingshop.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@homesteadingshop.com
Changing Shipping Address
Yes, you can change your shipping address. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any address changes.
