Included with Your Purchase:
Key Features & Benefits
-
Smart Automation: Automatically monitors and manages the entire freeze-drying cycle for consistent results.
-
Precision Control: Maintains the optimal vacuum pressure and drying temperature specific to each material, helping preserve both freshness and efficacy.
-
Certified Performance: Every vacuum pump is factory-tested to achieve 25 microns or better, ensuring high reliability and CFM efficiency.
Why Organic Materials Lose Freshness – and How This Freeze Dryer Prevents It
1. Water Content
Water accelerates spoilage. This freeze dryer removes moisture while the material remains frozen, preserving its original structure, nutrients, and appearance. The process takes roughly 24 hours, significantly faster than other methods, minimizing the chance of degradation.
2. Heat Damage
Traditional drying and extraction methods often use heat, which can break down essential components like enzymes and terpenes. The Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryer removes water without applying heat, preserving the plant’s full profile.
3. Oxygen Exposure
Exposure to oxygen can lead to mold, spoilage, nutrient loss, and discoloration. Using oxygen absorbers, residual oxygen inside packaging can be reduced to below 0.01%, keeping contents fresh and effective—without the need for preservatives or vacuum sealing.

Home Pro vs. Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryers: What's the Difference?
The main difference lies in their intended purpose:
-
Home Pro Freeze Dryers are built for preserving food, ideal for families, preppers, and home use.
-
Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryers are designed for more specialized applications like preserving oils, medicines, and other lab-grade materials.
Size & Capacity
-
Pharmaceutical models are generally more compact, catering to laboratories that typically handle smaller volumes.
-
Home units, on the other hand, are designed to manage larger food batches.
Despite being smaller, pharmaceutical units offer more trays, allowing users to store a greater number of individual samples — perfect for lab work.
Best Use Cases
-
If you're curing flower, Home Freeze Dryers are better suited due to the wider spacing between trays, which helps maintain the bud’s structure.
-
Pharmaceutical units are better for bubble hash production, but less ideal for food because of limited shelf clearance — unless trays are removed or a food shelf kit is added.
Temperature Range
-
Pharmaceutical dryers can cool down to 35°F, which is optimal for preserving delicate materials like bubble hash.
-
Home dryers operate between 40°F and 125°F, which works well for food but is generally too warm for sensitive extractions like hash, potentially affecting quality.

Liftgate Service, Curbside Delivery & What to Expect
We understand that freight shipping can be confusing — especially if you’ve never had a large item delivered this way. This page will walk you through exactly how it works, including what a liftgate is, what “curbside delivery” really means, and what to be prepared for when your order arrives.
Why Freight Is Used
Freight shipping is required for large or heavy products — usually those over 120 lbs or oversized dimensions. Unlike standard parcel shipping (UPS/FedEx), freight is handled by a trucking company using semi-trucks.
What is Curbside Delivery?
All of our freight shipments are curbside delivery by default, which means:
- A full-size semi-truck (typically 20 to 53 feet long) will arrive at your location.
- The truck will stop at the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point — not necessarily at your garage or door.
- The driver’s responsibility ends at the curb. It’s your responsibility to unload the item from the truck unless other arrangements are made.
Important: Some extremely large or heavy products are not eligible for residential delivery at all, even with liftgate service. In these cases, you will need to collect your order from the nearest freight terminal or depot. We will notify you if this applies to your order before it ships.
What Is a Liftgate?
A liftgate is a hydraulic platform on the back of a truck that can lower freight from the truck bed to the ground. Not all freight trucks are equipped with one, and it's not guaranteed unless you request it in advance.
If your delivery location does not have a forklift or loading dock, we strongly recommend ordering liftgate service.
- Liftgate fees typically range from $25 to $125, depending on the product or carrier.
- If the truck arrives without a liftgate and you’re unable to unload, you may be charged re-delivery and full liftgate fees.
What Drivers Are (and Aren’t) Required to Do
- Drivers are not required to assist with unloading
- Some drivers may help at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed
- If the truck can safely pull into your driveway and turn around, they may accommodate — but it’s entirely up to the driver
- If your road or driveway is inaccessible to large trucks, you’ll need to meet the driver at the nearest accessible location
Important Notes
- Do not accept or use liftgate service unless you’ve ordered and paid for it — even if the driver says it’s okay. Carriers may charge you $100+ for unauthorized use.
- In some areas, liftgate delivery may be required by the freight company for safety or liability reasons
- If you’re unsure whether you need a liftgate, assume yes unless you have a dock or forklift on-site
Delivery Scheduling
- The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment
- Typically, you’ll receive a 1–2 day notice and a 3–4 hour delivery window
Before You Sign
Inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt:
- If there is any damage, note it clearly on the paperwork
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours
Summary
- Freight deliveries are made via large trucks to curbside locations
- Liftgate service is not included unless requested
- Some oversized items are not available for residential delivery and must be picked up at a depot
