The Industrial Air 9-Galloon Wheelbarrow Portable Air Compressor is built tough—made to move and built to last for contractors and large jobsite needs. Powered by a reliable Honda GX270 gas engine (electric start), this unit delivers 20.6 CFM at 90 PSI to run air tools and perform demanding tasks efficiently. Its twin “wheelbarrow” style 4.5-gal tanks (9 gal total), cast-iron 3-cylinder pump, and all-steel belt drive give the kind of performance that stands up to heavy daily use.
Designed for portability, it has semi-pneumatic turf tread tires and ergonomic handles, making it easier to roll over rough ground. The integrated control panel includes dual quick-connect outlets, liquid-filled gauges, pressure regulator, and relief valve for precise control. Maintenance is easier with oil sight glass, synthetic oil, and easily accessible oil fill/drain. This compressor offers a solid blend of power, durability, and mobility.

FAQs
Q: What kinds of tools can I run with this compressor?
A: With about 20.6 CFM at 90 PSI, you can run many pneumatic tools: impact wrenches, framing nailers, finishing nailers, grinders. Just check your tool’s CFM requirements; if the tool needs more than 20-25 CFM, you may need a larger unit or stagger use (don’t run two high-draw tools at once).
Q: Do I need to maintain it often?
A: Regular maintenance helps a lot. Check oil via the sight glass, change synthetic oil per the engine/pump manufacturer schedule, drain moisture from tanks periodically, keep belts tight, clean air filters. Because it’s an oil-lubricated and belt drive pump, upkeep will extend its lifespan significantly.
Q: Can this unit be used in commercial job sites daily?
A: Yes, it’s designed for that. Its rugged pump, Honda engine, and wheelbarrow design make it suitable for frequent use. However, ensure you operate it on a stable, level surface and protect it from weather to keep it in top condition.
Q: Does it need fuel or electricity hookup?
A: It runs on gasoline (Honda GX270 engine) and includes electric start; no electricity needed to run the compressor itself (for starting or operation). You’ll need fuel, and possibly battery charging for the electric start.

Liftgate Service, Curbside Delivery & What to Expect
We understand that freight shipping can be confusing — especially if you’ve never had a large item delivered this way. This page will walk you through exactly how it works, including what a liftgate is, what “curbside delivery” really means, and what to be prepared for when your order arrives.
Why Freight Is Used
Freight shipping is required for large or heavy products — usually those over 120 lbs or oversized dimensions. Unlike standard parcel shipping (UPS/FedEx), freight is handled by a trucking company using semi-trucks.
What is Curbside Delivery?
All of our freight shipments are curbside delivery by default, which means:
- A full-size semi-truck (typically 20 to 53 feet long) will arrive at your location.
- The truck will stop at the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point — not necessarily at your garage or door.
- The driver’s responsibility ends at the curb. It’s your responsibility to unload the item from the truck unless other arrangements are made.
Important: Some extremely large or heavy products are not eligible for residential delivery at all, even with liftgate service. In these cases, you will need to collect your order from the nearest freight terminal or depot. We will notify you if this applies to your order before it ships.
What Is a Liftgate?
A liftgate is a hydraulic platform on the back of a truck that can lower freight from the truck bed to the ground. Not all freight trucks are equipped with one, and it's not guaranteed unless you request it in advance.
If your delivery location does not have a forklift or loading dock, we strongly recommend ordering liftgate service.
- Liftgate fees typically range from $25 to $125, depending on the product or carrier.
- If the truck arrives without a liftgate and you’re unable to unload, you may be charged re-delivery and full liftgate fees.
What Drivers Are (and Aren’t) Required to Do
- Drivers are not required to assist with unloading
- Some drivers may help at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed
- If the truck can safely pull into your driveway and turn around, they may accommodate — but it’s entirely up to the driver
- If your road or driveway is inaccessible to large trucks, you’ll need to meet the driver at the nearest accessible location
Important Notes
- Do not accept or use liftgate service unless you’ve ordered and paid for it — even if the driver says it’s okay. Carriers may charge you $100+ for unauthorized use.
- In some areas, liftgate delivery may be required by the freight company for safety or liability reasons
- If you’re unsure whether you need a liftgate, assume yes unless you have a dock or forklift on-site
Delivery Scheduling
- The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment
- Typically, you’ll receive a 1–2 day notice and a 3–4 hour delivery window
Before You Sign
Inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt:
- If there is any damage, note it clearly on the paperwork
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours
Summary
