IMER Koine Dual High-Flow Continuous Mixer and Pump

The IMER Koine Dual is a high-output continuous mixer and pump designed for preblended cementitious materials, including grout, self-leveling underlayments, stucco, fireproofing and low-volume shotcrete.

Its dual-power capability allows the machine to operate from either a 208V three-phase or 240V single-phase electrical supply. This provides greater flexibility between jobsites without requiring contractors to purchase separate single-phase and three-phase machines.

Dry bagged material is loaded directly into the hopper, where the gear-driven feed impeller moves it into the mixing chamber. Metered water is introduced and the high-shear turbo mixer produces a consistent mixture before the rotor/stator system pumps it through the included material hose.

The Koine Dual delivers material flow up to 140 cubic feet per hour and can process up to approximately 300 bags per hour in suitable self-leveling applications.

Key Features

  • Operates on 208V three-phase or 240V single-phase power

  • Nine horsepower total installed power

Liftgate Service, Curbside Delivery & What to Expect

We understand that freight shipping can be confusing — especially if you’ve never had a large item delivered this way. This page will walk you through exactly how it works, including what a liftgate is, what “curbside delivery” really means, and what to be prepared for when your order arrives.

Why Freight Is Used

Freight shipping is required for large or heavy products — usually those over 120 lbs or oversized dimensions. Unlike standard parcel shipping (UPS/FedEx), freight is handled by a trucking company using semi-trucks.

What is Curbside Delivery?

All of our freight shipments are curbside delivery by default, which means:

- A full-size semi-truck (typically 20 to 53 feet long) will arrive at your location.
- The truck will stop at the end of your driveway or nearest accessible point — not necessarily at your garage or door.
- The driver’s responsibility ends at the curb. It’s your responsibility to unload the item from the truck unless other arrangements are made.

Important: Some extremely large or heavy products are not eligible for residential delivery at all, even with liftgate service. In these cases, you will need to collect your order from the nearest freight terminal or depot. We will notify you if this applies to your order before it ships.

What Is a Liftgate?

A liftgate is a hydraulic platform on the back of a truck that can lower freight from the truck bed to the ground. Not all freight trucks are equipped with one, and it's not guaranteed unless you request it in advance.

If your delivery location does not have a forklift or loading dock, we strongly recommend ordering liftgate service.

- Liftgate fees typically range from $25 to $125, depending on the product or carrier.
- If the truck arrives without a liftgate and you’re unable to unload, you may be charged re-delivery and full liftgate fees.

What Drivers Are (and Aren’t) Required to Do

- Drivers are not required to assist with unloading
- Some drivers may help at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed
- If the truck can safely pull into your driveway and turn around, they may accommodate — but it’s entirely up to the driver
- If your road or driveway is inaccessible to large trucks, you’ll need to meet the driver at the nearest accessible location

Important Notes

- Do not accept or use liftgate service unless you’ve ordered and paid for it — even if the driver says it’s okay. Carriers may charge you $100+ for unauthorized use.
- In some areas, liftgate delivery may be required by the freight company for safety or liability reasons
- If you’re unsure whether you need a liftgate, assume yes unless you have a dock or forklift on-site

Delivery Scheduling

- The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment
- Typically, you’ll receive a 1–2 day notice and a 3–4 hour delivery window

Before You Sign

Inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt:

- If there is any damage, note it clearly on the paperwork
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours

Summary

- Freight deliveries are made via large trucks to curbside locations
- Liftgate service is not included unless requested
- Some oversized items are not available for residential delivery and must be picked up at a depot
- Always inspect and document before accepting delivery
